Shipping & Handling

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. Business days DO NOT INCLUDE weekends or holidays. Processing time may be extended during or after holidays and promotional sales.

Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday, until 12:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS if being delivered to a PO box.

Urban Vogue Fashion House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, Urban Vogue will not replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS ( 1-800-742-5877) or USPS ( 1-800-275-8777) for further assistance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After processing is complete, all orders ship in 1 to 5 business days, and 2 to 4 weeks for International delivery. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information.

Please read product description for preorder items (usually takes 5-7 business days.) Preorder items ships on or prior to, the date specified on the product page.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS THAT MAY RESULT FROM USPS OR NATURAL OCCURRENCES.

Holiday Season/Covid-19 Shipping Delays

Our team works hard to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Due to the record holiday season rush and COVID-19 staff shortages, postal services are experiencing delays. Once your order is fulfilled by our team, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking information. At this time, the package is taken to the post office to begin the delivery process. As a result of the overwhelming amount of shipments at this time, the post office is not updating all tracking numbers during the transit process and are only updating tracking once delivered. This will cause some tracking updates left at “label created” although the shipment is already in possession of the post office. Once orders are given to the postal service, it is out of our control and we do not have any additional information than what is provided with the tracking number. We thank you for your understanding & patience during this time.

Urban Vogue Return Policy

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order is placed, we ARE NOT able to honor CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Urban Vogue Fashion House will gladly exchange within 48 hours of receiving your package. If there are any issues with an item(s), you must complete and submit our return form below within 48 hours of receiving your package(s). Once the form is received, a team member will contact you directly within 24 hours with following steps. If the request is made after 48 hours of delivery date, the request will NOT be honored. Urban Vogue has the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that it determines does not meet its requirements.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all original tags attached. Urban Vogue is not able to accept exchanges on promo sale items, marked down items, swimwear/bodysuits, white/nude colored items, loungewear, t-shirts, leggings, or accessories.

All custom orders/made by order items are NON-Refundable/NON-Exchangeable.

Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and the consumer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise. After Urban Vogue has received your package, we will contact you immediately to confirm all details and have the exchange item(s) shipped to you. After the exchange of the first order, the second item that you exchanged for is final sale. "Return To Sender" packages get store credit unless shipping is repaid.
